I love Salt n' Vinegar chips, mmm. I not a huge chip person, but every now and then I need to eat some chips, and not share them, the are way better when you eat them by yourself (no other grubby hands in the bag). I am babysitting for my aunt and uncle. They have a 17 month old, Ethan, I talk about them all the time. I am sitting here with my laptop (yeah for wireless), eating snacks, and watching the hockey game, doesn't get much better than that, well if there was guy here it could be better...
I just had the most wonderfull week. Wednesday I flew out to ThunderBay for Miranda Schep and Byran Woudstra's wedding. At the Winnipeg airport I was checking in and the guy who was helping me asked, "so, where are you going?" I relplied that I was going to a wedding. He asked, "Are you getting married?" No. "Do you want to get married?" Yes. "Do you have someone to get married to?" No. "Are you looking for some to get married to." Yes. "Well I will do my best to find someone good for you to sit by." Hahah it was funny. But I ended up sitting by these two old guys. Jordan picked me up at the airport and so began the fun. I just had an awesome time connecting with old friends and really realized how much I miss hanging out with them. A few house parties, chilling out, oh and after the ceremony and before the reception a bunch of us went out for drinks and mini golf. I did pretty well, and woulda done better but I had like 7 ringers, argg. The wedding was wonderful and I danced the night away. I was the last one on the dance floor, singing my head off, and dancing my brains out to Sex Bomb. Lol, wow. Cheers for open bars. Russ was yelling in the background, "Mel is a sex bomb," haha. It possibly got a little out of control, then the after-party was a lot out of control.
In the Thunder Bay airport on the way home, I was getting ready to board, and I saw this sweater laying on a chair that someone had forgot. I thought oh there was a really cute guy sitting aournd here, I wonder if that is his sweater. So I took the chance and boarded the plane with it. I thought maybe it was fate I found the sweater. I walked down the aisle of the plane asking people if they forgot this sweater. Bingo - it was his, he said thanks, and that was that. Oh tears.
